Mint sniffed at the bushes surrounding the marshy area. He Pulled a few leaves from a plant. Juniper... He was thinking. His mother would love if her brought her some fresh juniper leaves. Mint caught sight of his sister stalking a leave floating in some of the marshy liquid. It looked to much like grass for his sister to realize it.

Before Mint could call out to his sister, she dived for it, and landed facefirst in the goo. She was standing leg deep in the muck. Quickly, she wiped the substance form her face, and looked blankly at her brother, then marched towards him.
"Uh oh..." Mint muttered. But then, she smiled and ran forward, and shook the gooey water off onto Mint's silky back fur. Maya smiled. Mint knew she was laughing, but... it was gher special... "silent laugh".
The two began chasing eachother around the swamp, splashing eachother and having fun. What a wonderful day, home... Home in Lycos territory....
